My first suggestion would be to avoid vaccines entirely.

George Foss, a formulator of nutritional supplements, recommends taking NAC (N-acetyl Cysteine), Vitamin C., Milk Thistle, Chlorella, Oscillococcinum, and Colloidal Silver for a safe, comfortable, and all natural vaccination detoxification.

Colloidal silver –- (I love this stuff--it kills over 600 different strains of bacteria!) For adults, take two ounces per day, minimum, for immune support, and to inactivate any viral fragments from vaccines that contained the weakened virus; take it for at least several days before and for at least a week after taking a vaccine. (Children should not take more than two teaspoons full per day.)

If you ever get a vaccine, fasting is a powerful vaccination detoxification that helps you to rapidly detoxify!
To detox fast(quickly), then fast(abstain from food).
Fasting is taught by naturopathic doctors for its amazing healing, detox, and endless health benefits going back to biblical times (Isaiah 58).
By fasting (abstaining from food but drinking ALOT of water) for at least a day (better three days) BEFORE you get the vaccine helps your body to be in rapid cleansing mode so it can easily and quickly rid itself 0f the toxins in the vaccines.
Continue to fast for at least a day after the vaccine (again preferably 3 or more days).
If you have never fasted before, try fasting for one day NOW to get comfortable with it and then a week or two later try a three day fast.
You can also do a fast of drinking nothing but vegetable juices all day (although not as effective as an all water fast–but a great way to build up to doing a full fast).
Immediately after you get a vaccine you should try to get in a sauna session of at least 20 minutes.
The sweat released while sitting in a sauna contains heavy metals among other toxic substances. Sweating in a sauna is a great way to help your body get out the thimersol and mercury found in so many vaccines. (Thimersol is confirmed to be in the swine flu vaccine)
The sun has gotten an undeserved bad rap over the years. Spend time outdoors in the sun and let your body manufacture vitamin D3.
Vitamin D3 is actually a hormone that protects against microorganism invasion and helps bring balance to your immune system.
If you live in colder climates or/and have darker skin, supplementation may be beneficial.
Dr. Blaylock recommends to put parsley and celery in a blender and drink it 8 oz. twice a day. They are both high in flavonoids.
Parsley is very high in a flavonoid called apigenin and that celery is high in a a flavonoid called luteolin.
Apignen and luteolin are very potent in inhibiting autoimmune diseases, particularly the apigenin in the parsley. It is very easy to grow parsley yourself.
